When we think of participating in any physical fettle,towering stumbling block is our own flabby physique..how can it be resolved or prevented ? Few things to follow thats it.!!

What is health? Is it something related to our healthy and restricted food or a positive amd a healthy mind? Since childhood we all have heard this famous line: "health is wealth" is it true? from our teachers or parents or somewhere else.Person living upto age 90 or more than that becomes the epitome of a health conscious person.I don't know but i have never been to gym or did any exercises or yoga but during my childhood days i stood first or second position in 300m Race..i managed to do it.I loved to be associated in extra-curricular activities rather than academic.Still as a grown up person,honestly speaking i am not a fitness freak,love to stay as i am,reading,sleeping,laughing all day,cracking jokes,eating food(not a healthy one).etc.it sounds bull i know that but thats my regular routine of a healthy life.Have you highlighted one word from the above..laughing all day,nothing that no one can do it but some people finds it bullshit.Trust me healthy living doesnt means to maintain a healthy diet or eat proper food n nutritiuos fuit,wake up early in the cold morning and unwillilingly run for gym or yoga,in my case its just go with the flow i.e what the entire world is backing.Have you ever wondered why our grandparents lived a long healthy life without any diet or exercises,its because of their peaceful mind,no cravings,no competition,no forethought nothing only relaxing whole day with family.If you are peaceful at your mind your anatomy will be at peace automatically.Although if you guys are interested in healthy diet first and foremost would be in my list is To Be Happy no matter what not everything works like we want it to be but still we need to adjust ourselves in every circumstances,secondly make sure you drink enough water,scientifically we all know that 70% of our body is made up of water so its essesntial to have it,thirdly nd lastly ample sleep for about 8 to 9 hours is a must,avoid waking too late at night that would be harmful for both body and mind as well.Sleeping atleast 9 hours a day make your mind more flexible and relaxing for any kind of unsolved muddles.Now a days people tend to loose all this qualities they are failed to resolve any such muddles from their life and becomes frustrated or exasperated,only reason is lack of healthy relationships and happiness.Stress is one of the precise reason for any pestilence,its not because of our unhealthy diet.Satisfaction is the healthiest diet one can follow methodically,thats my advice or suggestion for a proper and long healthy life with no worries and stress.Human Body is made up of various elements and enzymes its beyond imagination,how much you are gonna take care of it,someday it will lose its power and capacity to resume but that doesnt mean we restrict ourselves from relishing our life.Life is meant to live not to be abided by rules and regulations.A healthy smile is a healthy life for me.Be happy and try to maintain the atmosphere healthy by outspreading happiness.Be a Ataraxis not a crisis...!!!!
